A great little pillow. I've used several knee pillows over the years, some helpful and some not. The light weight and the strap make this one the best ever. Like most items like this, I was initially skeptical that it would help, but boy was I wrong! The morning after I used it the first time, my back pain was so much better. I was concerned that the strap would be bothersome, but it is not. Perhaps because I always wear PJ's, so have a layer of fabric between it and my leg. I am convinced that the combination of the shape and the strap is the difference between this pillow and other things I have tried.
